The prices we charge for our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Refund policy

We want our clients to be happy with our services. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please discuss it with management within 14 days of receiving the service and we will do our best to work out an equitable solution. We are not responsible for uncooperative students and will not usually issue fee refunds if a student refuses to listen to and work with the teacher. These situations will be discussed with parents or guardians immediately so that changes can be made or any future sessions cancelled.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
